Please be aware that following government advice we are working from home to deliver your pension service.  Pension payments should not be affected by this, however due to system restrictions there may be delays in responding to your queries. 

Please may we request that you urgently sign up to My Pension, our secure online member portal. You will be able to use this self-service facility to perform estimates and upload documents.   

If you need to communicate with the fund on an urgent issue or send in documents, please note that email or the document upload facility on My Pension will ensure a much quicker response. Either scanning or providing high quality, clear photographs of your documents will enable the team to process your request.
